Job Title: Virtual Executive Coach

Are you an experienced executive coach looking for a role where you can focus solely on coaching without the hassle of business development? Look no further! We are currently seeking a Virtual Executive Coach to join our team and support our executive clients in achieving their professional goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual coaching sessions with executive clients to provide guidance, support, and accountability in achieving their professional objectives.
- Get trained on our AIM Insights platform and get taught on how to coach leaders with the data collected in AIM Insights
- Utilize a variety of coaching techniques to help clients enhance their leadership skills, improve decision-making, and overcome challenges.
- Establish rapport and build trust with clients to create a conducive coaching environment.
- Collaborate with clients to set clear, actionable goals and develop personalized coaching plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and insight to facilitate clients' growth and development.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all coaching interactions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive coach, preferably working with clients in a virtual setting.
- Certification in some coaching accreditation (for example, the International Coaching Federation).
- Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and personal development techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong active listening skills and empathy.
- Flexibility to accommodate clients' schedules and conduct coaching sessions as needed.
- Certification in coaching or relevant field is a requirement.
