We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative based in Colombia to join our growing remote sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and earning commission while working remotely.
Position Overview
This is a full-time remote B2B sales role focused on identifying and acquiring new business clients across the United States. The ideal candidate is a bilingual English-Spanish speaker who is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers, enjoys prospecting, and is motivated by achieving sales goals and advancing their career.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and decision-makers
- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Introduce prospective clients to Go Hire Virtual's staffing and virtual assistant solutions
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service packages
- Manage and update sales activities and sales opportunities
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and performance targets
- Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, outbound sales, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or a related role
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills (spoken and written)
- Comfortable conducting virtual sales presentations and discovery calls
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace
