Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, internet-savvy, and culturally aware Remote Personal Assistant located ONLY in Colombia to support executive leadership across both Kifaru Hi-Tech and Imhotep Real Estate.
This is a fully remote work-from-home contract position designed for someone who understands modern online culture, social media trends, digital communication, and fast-paced entrepreneurial environments.
This role is ideal for a Gen Z woman (preferred) who is naturally skilled with technology, social media platforms, organization, communication, and multitasking.
You will assist with executive operations, scheduling, communications, social media coordination, online research, content organization, client follow-ups, CRM management, creative project coordination, and general administrative support.
The ideal candidate understands internet culture, aesthetics, branding, online engagement, and modern digital business environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, reminders, and scheduling for executives
- Assist with email management and professional communication
- Coordinate tasks and follow-ups across multiple businesses and projects
- Organize documents, spreadsheets, digital files, and workflows
- Assist with social media posting, content scheduling, and trend research
- Help coordinate website updates, branding tasks, and online marketing projects
- Support CRM and client communication systems
- Conduct online research for business development, vendors, influencers, and partnerships
- Assist with project management for digital marketing and real estate initiatives
- Monitor communications across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, and email
- Help maintain operational efficiency in a fast-moving remote environment
Qualifications
- Must currently reside in Colombia
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
- Gen Z candidates preferred
- Deep understanding of social media culture, internet trends, and digital communication
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience with Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, CRMs, spreadsheets, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Experience in personal assistance, executive support, marketing, social media, or digital business is a plus
- Interest in technology, branding, entrepreneurship, luxury lifestyle, architecture, or online business culture is highly valued
