We're looking for an Executive Assistant who makes our CEO sharper, faster, and more focused. Not someone who needs managing. Someone who makes managing unnecessary.
Your Mission
Remove friction from the CEO's day so he can focus on growth, leadership, and the decisions only he can make. After 30 days, he should be thinking about fewer things, not more.
What You'll Own
- Calendar and inbox managed with intention, not just logistics
- Weekly briefing with upcoming priorities, open decisions, and follow-ups needed
- Meeting prep, agendas, and action item tracking
- Coordination between the CEO and internal leadership team
- Podcast guest pipeline and scheduling
- LinkedIn and content coordination with the marketing team
- Relationship and network management so nothing falls through the cracks
- Tracking key initiatives across sales and marketing
- Personal scheduling and life logistics
You're the Right Person If
- 3+ year of experience supporting a founder or C-suite executive directly
- Your English is exceptional, written and verbal
- You have a background in or exposure to sales or marketing
- You ask once, execute, and don't come back for hand-holding
- You're proactive, not reactive. You anticipate what's needed before being asked
- You see around corners and solve problems before they land on the CEO's plate
- Accountability isn't something you need to be reminded of. It's who you are
- You own your misses, learn fast, and raise the bar on yourself
