Position Objective: Provide basic support in the operation, maintenance, configuration, and installation of the Lark platform, ensuring its proper functioning within the organization.
What challenges will you face?
- Provide basic technical support for the use and functionality of the Lark platform.
- Assist with configuration, review, installation, and simple maintenance tasks within the Lark environment.
- Execute operational tasks following procedures established by the technical team.
- Log and report incidents or requests to the responsible technician or supervisor.
- Support process documentation and activity tracking.
- Provide functional support to users on digital collaboration tools.
- Assist in the basic configuration and administration of productivity and collaboration platforms such as Lark and Office 365.
What do we expect from you?
- Languages: Intermediate English.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS technical support, tools handling, equipment management, and digital collaboration platforms.
- Ability to follow procedures, work in a team, and stay organized with assigned tasks.
- Basic experience providing technical or functional support to users.
- Knowledge or experience with collaboration platforms (Lark, Office 365, Google Workspace, or similar).
- Basic experience in digital tools configuration, user management, and operational support.
- Ability to document processes and track incidents.
- Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.
