Dispatch Operations Assistant (Remote)
LKS GROUP INC is currently hiring Dispatch Operations to support our transportation and logistics operations across the United States.
This is a remote full-time position for individuals interested in logistics, transportation coordination, operational monitoring and driver support.
We are looking for organized, responsible and team-oriented candidates capable of following operational procedures and maintaining communication with drivers and management during daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Driver communication and follow-up
- Route and load tracking
- ETA updates and operational monitoring
- Reporting operational incidents
- Coordination with management and dispatch teams
- Maintaining communication with drivers during tours
- Monitoring operational updates and resolving basic issues
Requirements:
- Intermediate or advanced English
- Stable internet connection
- Computer or laptop
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in an operational environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, dispatching, customer service or transportation support
- Experience working remotely
Compensation:
Weekly salary ranges from $100 to $175 USD depending on operational capacity, responsibilities and performance bonuses.
