- Calendar management and appointment coordination
- Document proofreading and digital file organization
- Front desk reception and visitor interaction
- General office supply management and clerical duties
- Google Suite and QuickBooks use for communication and invoicing
Qualifications:
- Professional English Level Mandatory
- Second Screen
- English Mandatory
- Experience with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Prior office or admin experience preferred
- Strong communication and time management skills
