As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an E-Commerce Customer Service Specialist with hands-on experience in Shopify and ticketing systems to join our growing Customer Experience team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every customer receives an exceptional, personalised experience — every time.

Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries across email, live chat, social media, and ticketing platforms.
- Manage, categorise, and resolve tickets efficiently using ticketing platform.
- Process order updates, refunds, exchanges, and tracking requests via Shopify.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer insights to improve service quality.
- Identify trends in customer queries and proactively suggest solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in an eCommerce or D2C customer service role.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inquiries while maintaining quality and empathy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Shopify experience is mandatory
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
