About Us
EcoPolySeal is a U.S. manufacturer of eco-friendly spray foam and fiber insulation products, designed for energy efficiency and sustainability. As we grow, we’re looking for a bi-lingual friendly, upbeat, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO and become part of our sales team. This remote role is ideal for someone based in overseas who is fluent in both English and Spanish, and who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
The Role
Key Responsibilities, best candidate:
· She loves to make cold calls to potential clients (installers, distributors, contractors)
· Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the CEO and become part of the sales team
· Keep our CRM system updated with all client interactions, notes, and follow-ups
· Perform research on potential prospects using social media and online tools
· Build detailed profiles on the top 100 potential business partners
· Assist in bilingual communication and translation (English ↔ Spanish)
· Support strategic initiatives that will roll out over the next 12 months.
You would be a key motivator that communicates our mission—helping builders create greener, healthier, and more resilient spaces. Relationship building with clients helping them build a better business.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Upbeat and respectful personality with excellent phone etiquette
· Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
· Experience in telemarketing, sales support, executive assistance,
· Proficient in CRM systems (training provided if needed)
· Strong research skills using LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in construction/sustainability preferred.
- Organized, self-starter with ability to work remotely.
- Telemarketing experience.
