The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist to join our team. If you thrive in social interactions, excel in organization, and are passionate about client success, this role offers the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact. You’ll lead the onboarding process, bridge communication between clients and teams, and provide strategic guidance to ensure clients achieve a seamless start with their marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient task completion.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and support.
- Deliver an exceptional, tailored experience for every client.
- Collaborate with the Head of Onboarding to refine processes, share insights, and drive continuous improvement.
- Train clients to navigate Basecamp, Onboarding Roadmaps, Data Reports, and relevant tools.
- Provide professional consulting to address client inquiries, identify opportunities, and optimize their operations.
- Identify and recommend additional services to enhance client success.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including comfort with leading virtual meetings.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, with a willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
- Knowledge of the home improvement industry is an asset.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
Requirements
- Experience with project management tools is highly desirable.
- Proven success in client-facing roles with a track record of strong relationships.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to guide and collaborate with diverse team members effectively.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
We Offer
- A remote working environment with flexible hours.
- A starting, full-time contract between $2070 - $2,484 CAD/Month
