Owl Land Sales is a growing land investment business across Florida, and we are looking for someone who can own the marketing and lead generation side of the operation at a high level.
This role sits at the intersection of land investing, marketing strategy, and execution.
You will be responsible for understanding our inventory, identifying the right buyers and sellers, and building campaigns that generate real opportunities.
This is not a plug-and-play marketing role.
It requires someone who understands how land moves, how buyers think, and how to position a property so it gets attention and action.
What You Will Be Doing
You will take a property and determine:
- Who the ideal buyer or seller is
- What motivates them
- How to position the opportunity
From there, you will create the marketing needed to generate interest and leads.
This includes:
- Writing compelling hooks and messaging tailored to the audience
- Designing marketing assets such as social media graphics, flyers, listings, and signage
- Creating and launching campaigns across digital platforms
- Managing lead flow, follow-up systems, and CRM organization
You will also:
- Build and maintain automated systems for lead capture and follow-up
- Track performance and optimize campaigns based on data
- Use AI tools to enhance speed and quality of execution, including generating property visuals, maps, and supporting materials

Land and Real Estate Understanding
- Clear understanding of land buyers and sellers
- Ability to identify buyer profiles and motivations
- Experience marketing or selling land or real estate
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Strong grasp of positioning, messaging, and storytelling
- Ability to translate property features into compelling offers
- Experience creating marketing campaigns that generate leads
Creative and Production Skills
- Ability to write high-quality, conversion-focused copy
- Strong design skills (Canva or similar tools are fine)
- Experience creating a range of marketing assets including listings, social media content, and print materials
Technical and Systems Ability
- Experience working in CRM systems and managing pipelines
- Ability to build and manage automations and workflows
- Strong data organization and tracking skills
AI and Data Utilization
- Ability to use AI tools to support marketing and research
- Ability to gather and interpret data to improve performance
Bilingual Communication
- Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
