Job Overview
Tianshi Group is seeking experienced and driven Sales Representatives to expand our presence in the coatings, inks, rubber, plastics, pigments, and resin industries across key international markets.
Regional Openings:
- Indonesia: 1 Sales Representative
- Mexico: 2 Sales Representatives
- India: 1 Sales Representative
This role is ideal for professionals with strong B2B sales experience, industry knowledge, and the ability to independently develop regional markets while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales and marketing plans
- Achieve sales targets through product promotion, customer acquisition, and payment collection
- Expand business in coatings, printing inks, industrial coatings, plastics, and emerging industries such as:
- Water-based coatings
- Fruit coatings
- Textile industries
- Identify and develop distributors, agents, and sales channels
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Perform customer credit investigations and maintain customer records
- Lead contract negotiations and customer relationship management
- Apply for regional incentive policies based on performance
- Complete additional tasks assigned by management
Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in: Coatings, Inks, Rubber, Plastics, Pigments, Resins,
- Related industrial B2B sales sectors
- Strong sales, negotiation, and market development skills
- Local language fluency
- English communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred:
- Chinese language proficiency
- Experience with benchmark companies such as: Avian, Mowilex, Nippon Paint, Comex, PPG, BASF, Asian Paints, Nerolac
- International sales or export market experience
