SimpleFlow Solar is hiring motivated, competitive individuals for our remote Appointment Setter team.
This is a high-energy outbound sales role focused on speaking with homeowners, generating interest in solar, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Energy Advisors.
This is NOT a customer service position or passive “work from home” job. The people who succeed here are confident communicators, fast learners, resilient under pressure, and motivated by performance-based income.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Make outbound calls using company-provided leads and dialer systems
- Speak with homeowners and generate interest in solar options
- Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team
- Track activity and performance inside our CRM
- Work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Sales, call center, or appointment setting experience preferred
COMPENSATION:
- Weekly performance-based pay
- Weekly bonuses
- Frequent daily and monthly bonuses
- Uncapped commissions
Most setters earn around $750+ weekly with base pay plus bonuses. In addition to this weekly base and bonus structure, we offer uncapped generous commissions on completed projects.
