We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can take ownership of creative projects from concept through execution across digital and performance marketing channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly self-directed, and has a strong eye for both design and user experience.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns to life across web, social, and paid media.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead concept development and execution across digital, web, and integrated campaigns
- Design and prototype web pages and digital experiences using Figma, with a strong focus on UX/UI best practices
- Create high-performing social media ads (paid and organic) optimized for engagement and conversion
- Develop storyboards and visual narratives for campaigns, video content, and motion assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all touchpoints
- Translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions
- Maintain and evolve brand identity across digital and print channels
- Present creative concepts clearly and incorporate stakeholder feedback effectively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) with strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proven ability to own projects from creative brief through execution (email, Meta ads, landing pages, social campaigns)
- Self-directed with strong prioritization skills and confidence in making creative decisions independently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative rationale and apply feedback thoughtfully
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, supported by a strong portfolio
- Experience designing for performance marketing and conversion-focused campaigns
- Ability to collaborate with a team operating in Central Time (flexibility available for the right candidate)
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of working effectively across teams
