NovaDeck is a premium design and engineering company specializing in luxury movable pool floors and sliding deck systems for high-end residential and hospitality clients worldwide.
We are seeking a Graphic Designer with strong WordPress experience who can execute at a luxury level and create work that aligns seamlessly with our brand identity and clientele.
About the Role
This is not a basic design role.
You will be responsible for creating refined, high-end digital experiences that reflect NovaDeck’s positioning, architectural, minimal, precise, and premium.
Every design must be developed with a deep understanding of our brand image and tailored to appeal to a high-net-worth audience.

- 100% aligned with NovaDeck’s brand identity
- Designed with luxury clientele in mind
- Executed with a strong sense of architecture, space, and visual balance
- Custom-built from scratch (no templates)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in design principles (layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy)
- Ability to translate luxury and innovation into visual design
- Clean, minimal and architectural aesthetic
- Experience designing for premium or high-end brands
- Strong understanding of WordPress design structures
Key Responsibilities
- Design custom WordPress pages and landing experiences
- Create high-end graphics and marketing assets
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all visuals
- Ensure designs are responsive and polished across all devices
- Continuously elevate the visual standard of the brand
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Solid experience with WordPress (Elementor or similar)
- Strong portfolio showcasing original, high-quality work
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines precisely
- Strong communication skills (English)

This role is NOT a fit if:
- You rely on Canva templates
- You depend on AI-generated designs
- You cannot design from scratch with intention and precision
Project Details
- Project-based / freelance (ongoing opportunities available)
- Remote (Mexico preferred)
- Must be available during PST hours when needed
- Compensation based on experience and quality of work
