Job Overview:
Special Touch Home Care is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Office Assistant to support our New York-based home care agency. This role requires a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) who can effectively communicate with clients, patients, and staff while managing administrative and coordination tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming calls, providing support to clients, patients, and employees
- Perform administrative duties including reporting, data organization, and follow-ups on emails and calls
- Assist with daily office operations and coordinate with the New York team
- Maintain clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish
- Handle urgent or time-sensitive tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with technology and office systems
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
- Availability to work during New York business hours (EST)
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, permanent position (35–46 hours per week)
- Schedule:
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (CST)
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
