About the Role
The Senior Talent Manager sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and content. This role is responsible for building and managing a robust creator and influencer ecosystem, coordinating programs across agency partners, and casting talent for social and experiential initiatives. This person will play a critical role in identifying the voices that make the work feel authentic and culturally relevant, while also structuring and managing the partnerships that bring campaigns to life. This is not about reach alone — it’s about finding the right talent and building relationships that go deeper than one-off campaigns.
Responsibilities
Talent Roster & Pipeline
- Build and manage a strong roster of influencer and creator talent across tiers to support campaigns and partnerships
- Identify and vet talent aligned with brand values and audience
- Maintain active relationships with talent, agencies, and emerging voices
- Develop systems to track talent, deal terms, and renewals
Partnerships & Contracts
- Oversee negotiation of rates, usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables in partnership with Legal and Finance
- Structure talent and IP agreements with strategic rigor
- Leverage an existing network of talent reps, agencies, and industry partners
Campaign Management & Content
- Support briefing of influencers and partners on campaign objectives and creative direction
- Oversee content output to ensure alignment with brand standards
- Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple programs
- Cast talent for social content, series, and experiential activations
Measurement & Optimization
- Build and manage influencer reporting frameworks across performance metrics
- Present insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Continuously optimize talent selection and campaign strategy based on performance and cultural trends
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management
- Deeply culturally fluent across music, film, art, sports, and emerging trends
- Strong existing network of talent managers, agencies, and industry contacts
- Proven ability to drive measurable results across influencer campaigns
- Platform fluent across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
- Experienced in negotiating complex talent and IP agreements
- Strategic, organized, and detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
- Clear communicator with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners
