ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager who lives at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology. This is a high-impact individual contributor role at a fast-growing startup where you won't inherit someone else's playbook — you'll build your own. You'll own the channels, campaigns, and content that bring new prospects into our world, with the autonomy to shape what marketing looks like here for years to come. If you're energized by a blank canvas and want your work to directly move the business, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Lead generation & pipeline growth — own the strategy and execution for driving qualified leads and opportunities, with the freedom to build the programs from the ground up
- Digital campaigns — design and execute paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, search, and display; test, learn, and optimize relentlessly
- Content engine — produce high-quality content including videos, blog posts, webinars, and LinkedIn content that drives engagement and builds brand authority
- ABM — build and run account-based marketing programs targeting key accounts, aligned with sales
- Website — partner with design and engineering on website strategy, landing pages, and conversion optimization; comfortable leading AI-assisted redesign initiatives
- Events & conferences — represent the company at industry events, manage logistics, and drive pre/post-event pipeline; travel required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5+ years in B2B marketing with a clear track record of driving revenue growth, not just brand awareness
- AI-first mindset — you actively use AI tools to accelerate content creation, campaign ideation, research, and workflow automation; you stay ahead of what's possible
- Strong video content skills — comfortable on camera, skilled at scripting, editing, or directing short-form video for LinkedIn and webinars
- LinkedIn power user — you know how to build an audience, drive engagement, and turn the platform into a lead machine
- ABM experience — you've run targeted account programs and can connect marketing activity to real pipeline
- Data-driven — you set goals, track performance, and adjust based on what the numbers tell you
- Collaborative & self-directed — you work closely with sales but don't need to be managed; you drive your own roadmap
- Comfortable with travel — events and conferences are part of the job
AI & TOOLS
We expect this person to be a genuine power user of AI. That means using it daily to move faster and think bigger — not as a novelty, but as a core part of how you work. Examples include:
- AI-assisted content creation and repurposing (video scripts, blog posts, social copy, email sequences)
- AI-driven website copy and landing page iteration
- Using AI tools for competitive research, campaign briefs, and audience segmentation
- Staying current on emerging AI marketing tools and bringing new capabilities to the team
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Measurable increase in top-of-funnel leads and marketing-sourced opportunities within 90 days
- Active, growing presence on LinkedIn with content that generates real engagement from target personas
- A repeatable content and campaign engine that runs efficiently and scales
- Strong alignment with the sales team — marketing is seen as a revenue partner, not a support function
