Responsibilities
✅ Conduct follow-ups with leads in our CRM through calls, texts, and emails.
✅ Qualify leads based on motivation, timeline, condition, and price.
✅ Organize, prioritize, and manage leads effectively to ensure timely and purposeful follow-ups.
✅ Set appointments in-person) for our House Buying Specialists.
✅ Communicate regularly with HBS to ensure they are prepared for appointments and that leads are being handled effectively.
✅ Track all interactions and lead statuses accurately in our CRM.
✅ Stay on top of acquisition pipeline bottlenecks and help ensure proper follow-through.
✅ Be proactive and persistent while balancing professionalism and empathy when engaging with prospects.
✅ Be able to adapt if we switch or update CRM systems in the future.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead management (real estate experience preferred).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written English proficiency (must be able to engage comfortably and professionally with US-based clients).
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love systems, checklists, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Hungry & Accountable: You take initiative, are self-motivated, and are comfortable holding yourself and others accountable.
- Coachability: Open to feedback and committed to improving and growing with the company.
- Tech: Proficient in CRM platforms, Google Suite, and general computer literacy.
- Ambition: Excited about the opportunity to grow within a small, quality-focused company.
