Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead and execute digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and drive consistent client acquisition for our WordPress agency.
The ideal candidate is an expert in paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and traffic generation, with a proven track record of building and optimizing campaigns that convert into real clients. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube, and Local campaigns).
Build and optimize high-converting landing page funnels for lead generation.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting strategies.
Monitor ad spend, cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), and campaign performance.
Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Conduct technical SEO audits for agency and client websites.
Perform keyword research and content optimization.
Manage on-page SEO, off-page SEO, backlink strategies, and local SEO campaigns.
Monitor rankings, traffic growth, and SEO performance metrics.
Social Media Marketing
Create and execute social media growth strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Develop content strategies to increase engagement, visibility, and lead generation.
Manage paid social campaigns for retargeting and lead generation.
Build audience engagement and brand awareness campaigns.
Track and report social media growth and campaign ROI.
Traffic Generation & Lead Acquisition
Develop multi-channel traffic strategies to generate inbound leads.
Create and optimize lead magnets, funnels, and conversion pathways.
Improve website conversion rates through CRO (conversion rate optimization).
Build retargeting campaigns to recover lost traffic and improve conversion rates.
Increase website traffic through paid, organic, and referral channels.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.
Create weekly and monthly performance reports.
Monitor lead quality, traffic sources, and conversion metrics.
Make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Content & Conversion Strategy
Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to create high-converting marketing assets.
Develop marketing campaigns for agency services such as WordPress development, website maintenance, SEO, and support plans.
Improve landing pages, CTAs, and sales funnels for better conversion.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI.
Strong SEO expertise (technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO).
Experience managing social media marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of traffic generation strategies and conversion optimization.
Experience with WordPress websites and landing pages.
Knowledge of sales funnels and lead nurturing strategies.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with email marketing automation is a plus.
