Rockstar Real Estate Transactions and Property Management Assistant
Position: Part-Time to Full-Time Executive Operations Assistant Location: Remote (U.S. time zones preferred) Company: Deed Geeks — Disrupting the Distressed Real Estate Space
About Us Deed Geeks is a modern real estate investment startup solving some of the gnarliest problems in property ownership—probate, title issues, and fractional interests. We use automation, digital strategy, and creative deal structures to unlock forgotten value in distressed properties.
We’re looking for a Tech-Oriented Executive Operations Assistant who can be the connective tissue between leadership and the systems that power our business. This is a part-time to Full TIme Role.

Core Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Manage founder’s inbox, schedule, travel, and high-priority follow-ups
- Handle personal-life logistics like insurance, car renewals, and appointments
- Track recurring to-dos and coordinate across work + life seamlessly
Project Management & Ops
- Build and manage internal systems (Airtable, Zapier, Notion, Podio, Google Sheets)
- Liaise with SEO, Sales, and Content teams to keep execution on track
- Monitor project pipelines, set timelines, follow up with owners
- Support bookkeeping, vendor payments, and light financial reporting
Talent, Tech, & Tools
- Help hire freelancers and virtual team members (outreach, screening, onboarding)
- Own tech stack documentation and SOPs
- Troubleshoot tools or plug into new ones when needed (Zapier, Loom, Podio, REISift, G Suite)
Sales & Client Support
- Join occasional calls with sellers or clients to build trust and qualify leads
- Record notes, prep summaries, and move action steps forward
- Track CRM notes and follow-ups consistently
You’ll Need:
- 2+ years experience in operations, project management, or as an executive assistant
- Proficiency in G Suite, Slack, spreadsheets, and at least one automation or CRM platform
- Strong communication skills and high camera presence
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and troubleshoot effectively
- Curiosity and tenacity—you're a fixer and finisher
Compensation & Growth
- Bi-weekly salary (17K Pesos to 27K Pesos) with monthly and quarterly performance bonuses(1500 to 4500).
- Clear growth path to Operations Specialist to Team Lead, based on accuracy, initiative, and leadership.
