The Founder's Right Hand Right now, we are scaling at breakneck speed and I need my right-hand wo(man) to help govern the chaos. I need a true Lead Graphic Designer to step in and take absolute ownership of our creative supply chain. I need someone to be the ultimate operational and aesthetic filter, insulating me from the daily iteration friction so I can focus on high-level enterprise strategy. You will be the definitive Brand Guard across our incredibly diverse, vertically integrated portfolio.
Your Core Work:
Govern the Pods: We operate a lean, aggressive hybrid model using a 75 percent freelance global workforce organized into cross-functional Pods. You will run the daily stand-ups, manage the digital handoffs, and aggressively delegate tactical execution so you can focus on strategic governance.
Command the AI-Native Workflow: You must be an absolute weapon with modern technology. We expect you to utilize Nano Banana.
Master 2026 Aesthetics: You will dictate the visual future of our physical products. One day you are designing clinical, neo-minimalist packaging for our luxury wellness lines, and the next you are utilizing vibrant color maxxing for our culturally fluent Gen Z snack brands.
Mentorship and Quality Control: You are the final checkpoint before anything goes live. You will review assets, correct course, and actively mentor our junior and freelance designers to elevate their output.
