Marketing Manager (Miami / South Florida)

mavn is building at the intersection of creators, brands, and events — and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help lead that next phase of growth. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with the founder, ideal for someone who understands both brand and performance and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
• Lead marketing efforts across mavn’s key verticals including events, creator campaigns, and brand partnerships
• Own and manage paid media across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google), with a focus on performance and scaling
• Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and own reporting across all channels
• Oversee mavn’s social presence — from ideation through execution — including creating content (not just posting), writing copy, and ensuring everything feels culturally relevant and on-brand
• Act as the marketing lead across our events and activations, working closely with partners, sponsors, and internal teams
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for campaigns, partnerships, and key company initiatives
• Analyze performance across channels and continuously optimize based on data and insights
• Work closely with the founder on marketing strategy, positioning, and growth initiatives
Location & Working Style
• Miami or South Florida based mandatory
• Day-to-day is remote, but must be available for in-person meetings, events, and activations
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally across a mix of brand, digital, and/or experiential
• Strong understanding of paid media and performance marketing
• Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting with a data-driven mindset
• Proven experience creating content for social (concepting, shooting, editing, and writing), not just managing or scheduling posts
• Strong eye for content, trends, and cultural relevance
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments and wearing multiple hats
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with partners, brands, and internal teams
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Qualifications
- Experience in Marketing Strategy, Brand Management, and Campaign Execution
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media Campaigns
- Skills in Data Analysis, KPI Tracking, and Conversion Optimization
- Clear communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Familiarity with analytics tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects remotely
- Prior experience with influencer or content creator platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
