The Opportunity
We are hiring high-energy B2B Sales Representatives to drive growth for our client, a profitable online ordering and delivery platform built specifically for independent restaurants.
This is a fast-paced, field-driven sales role where success comes from daily face-to-face conversations with restaurant owners and operators.
You will be working assigned zip codes and targeted restaurant lists, meeting directly with owners and operators to help them eliminate excessive third-party commissions and improve profitability.
What You Will Do
- Execute daily field visits to targeted independent restaurants and small restaurant groups
- Conduct face-to-face business conversations with owners and operators
- Present Clients commission-free ordering and delivery platform
- Handle objections around cost, contracts, and technology
- Close new accounts
- Maintain pipeline discipline and CRM reporting
- Represent Client professionally and build their brand in the market
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
- Strong daily activity and disciplined territory execution
- Clear documentation of all sales activities taken on each account in CRM
- Confident owner-level conversations. This is a hunter role.
What Were Looking For
- 15 years B2B sales experience
- Significant experience in the restaurant industry
- Field sales or route-based sales background preferred
- Ability to work closely with sales CRM and other sales tools
- Experience selling to small business owners strongly preferred
- Comfortable walking into businesses and initiating conversations
- Resilient, competitive, and coachable
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working under performance expectations

- Telecom / business internet
Market Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
