Role Description
We are seeking a Vice President of Global Sales for a full-time hybrid role, based in West Haven, CT, with flexibility for some remote work. The VP of Global Sales will develop and execute sales strategies to expand GAT Sport’s market presence and drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing global sales operations, overseeing international market penetration, leading and mentoring sales teams, and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. The VP will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with business objectives and contribute to strategic planning initiatives to support the company's mission.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, International Sales, and Sales Operations
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategic development to drive growth in global markets
- Demonstrated experience in Account Management focused on maintaining and expanding client relationships
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas and driving revenue generation
- Willingness to travel for business needs and work occasionally in the West Haven, CT office
