Stable and growing Company seeking a Customer Support & Equipment Training Specialist to join their work family. In this role, you would be training/educating existing clients on the benefits and features of coffee machines. In addition, trouble shoot mechanical, electrical and technical issues.
This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone with a strong customer service background who enjoys working hands-on with equipment, training others, and assisting customers in troubleshooting machine issues both on-site and over the phone.
- Direct Hire role with competitive compensation, benefits and PTO.
- Remote role (must reside in Dallas or Houston, TX) with 20-25% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve software, electrical, and mechanical issues related to equipment.
- Deliver comprehensive training to customers on equipment hardware and software
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment functionality and proprietary programming software.
- Provide proactive support to minimize technical issues and enhance customer experience.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding product features, specifications, and repairs.
- Conduct post-resolution follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Travel 20%-50% for on-site customer technical support and training sessions.
- Adhere to departmental KPI’s to insure strategic business outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a technical support or related role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical, electrical, and water flow systems.
- Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment using various tools.
- Experience delivering both one-on-one and classroom-style training.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Inventory Management or ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
- Professional, reliable, and capable of managing high-pressure situations.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
