About the Role:
The Front Desk Clerk plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for customers. This position is responsible for managing front-desk operations and ensuring all guests receive exceptional service, including assistance with pass sales and program registration. The Front Desk Clerk will address inquiries, resolve issues, answer phone calls, and provide information about the facility and its services. Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate records and managing retail sales. Ultimately, the Front Desk Clerk significantly contributes to the overall guest experience and satisfaction, both of which are essential to the establishment's success.
Responsibilities:
Meetings:
Minimum of 1 per week with the Human Resources Director
Weekly Facility and Event Services Meetings(s) as needed
Additional Department Meeting(s) with Swan Team as needed
Work Weeks:
Wednesday - Sunday schedule, which may be flexed as needed
Must work 4 hours per working day, working Pacific Time Zone
