FP& A AI Automation Project: We are looking for an experienced FP& A Manager to join our team. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead financial planning and analysis efforts while driving automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at building financial models, leveraging AI tools, and improving data visualization processes.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI technology to automate financial processes and streamline workflows.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial projections.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and oversee group consolidation activities.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize operational and financial data.
• Analyze and interpret complex financial information to support business objectives.
• Collaborate on automating accounting processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee master data management, including cleanup of customer and supplier lists.
• Assist in the finalization of the chart of accounts and ensure data consistency across systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate financial insights into organizational strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including dynamic modeling and scenario analysis.
• Strong understanding of consolidations and accounting principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in financial automation.
• Preferred experience with programming languages like Python.
• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
