Role Overview
We are looking for a
Customer Support Specialist to provide professional and efficient support to both clients and clinicians using the MindFriend platform. You will help ensure a smooth experience across bookings, payments, and platform use.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client and clinician enquiries via email, chat, and support channels
- Assist users with booking appointments, account access, and payment issues
- Provide guidance on using the platform (video calls, scheduling, profiles)
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate records of support requests
- Ensure a professional, empathetic, and confidential approach when dealing with users
