We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented Enterprise Customer Support Specialist to serve as a vital bridge between our innovative solar products and our enterprise partners. Responsibilities
- Present Timberline Solar product features to enterprise clients, providing tailored insights that align solar solutions with specific business goals.
- Guide clients through lease and purchase agreements
- Partner with internal sales and operations teams, as well as third-party financing providers
- Lead communications for the "New Homes" experience, managing everything from utility bill collection and inquiries to escalated resolutions and system activations.
What you'll need to apply
- 4+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing or account management role.
- 2+ years of direct experience within the Solar industry
- Experience using Salesforce CRM to track project milestones and maintain client records.
- Familiarity with new home construction processes or enterprise-level B2B support.

- Pay Range: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, typical business hours
- This is a remote position for candidates based in California
- Comprehensive on-site training will be provided at our Kansas City office
