Responsibilities
The Compliance Administrator ensures all nanny candidates meet agency safety and legal standards before being approved for client placement. This role is detail-focused and ensures the integrity, quality, and safety of all placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and monitor national and county-level background checks.
- Verify identity documents, work eligibility, certifications, and credentials.
- Conduct reference verification calls and document findings.
- Ensure all candidate profiles meet agency compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate digital records in the CRM and file management systems.
- Notify recruiters of any compliance issues or incomplete documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative work, HR, compliance, or background screening preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work independently with strict confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of employment verification and background check processes is a plus.
