As a Field Service Technician, you will shine as you multitask and manage a full customer workload. You will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of office product equipment and for promoting and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with our service and products.
What you will be doing:
- Maximizing equipment uptime through timely repair
- Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction
- Managing time to be most effective
What you will bring to the role:
- Ability to troubleshoot and think independently
- Experience in maintaining and repairing printers/copiers is required
- Experience in repairing HP, Ricoh, and Canon preferred
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Knowledge of basic networking
- Computer and analytical skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach, and transport equipment parts and boxes
- Must have a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record, and must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license issued in your state of residence
