About the Opportunity
Rogina Group at Compass is seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Operations & Marketing Coordinator to help support and scale a growing real estate business focused on residential sales and investment properties.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, marketing execution, and building efficient systems. The position will start part-time but offers clear long-term growth for the right person.
This is not a basic administrative position. We are looking for someone who can understand the objective, take ownership of responsibilities, and execute with minimal supervision.
Primary Mission of Role
The primary mission of this role is to remove operational and marketing responsibilities from the team leader so they can focus on client relationships, negotiations, and sourcing investment opportunities.

Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Real estate experience (assistant, TC, marketing, admin)
- Compass CRM experience or similar platform
- Email marketing or social media experience
- Canva or marketing design familiarity
- MLS familiarity

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
