We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Construction client for a REMOTE position (MUST BE LOCAL)! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to support a local construction business.
Although this opportunity is remote, you MUST be living in the San Diego Area.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents, including project contracts, and bids.
- Plan and schedule job and crew assignments
- Communicate daily with business owner to ensure smooth operations
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to organize bids, proposals, and contracts
- Manage employee time cards and submit to payroll vendor for regular payroll
Schedule: Remote 20-25 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Previous construction administrative experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
