We are looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join a dynamic non-profit organization in St. Paul, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in shaping the organization’s voice and brand across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity to create impactful content and engage diverse audiences while contributing to meaningful projects.
Responsibilities:
• Publish and manage content across various web platforms, ensuring it aligns with organizational standards, is accurate, and optimized for usability.
• Develop and schedule engaging social media posts, including written, graphic, and video materials, while monitoring trends and fostering community interaction.
• Collaborate on member publications by editing, writing articles, and working with both internal teams and external partners.
• Maintain content calendars and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in voice and visual standards across all communications.
• Support strategic communication plans by assisting with planning, execution, and performance reporting.
• Analyze website and social media performance metrics to make informed decisions about future content strategies.
• Create compelling written materials for email campaigns and announcements that resonate with target audiences.
• Design and edit graphic and video content to enhance the organization’s digital presence.
• Ensure all content produced meets high-quality standards and aligns with organizational goals.
• Proven expertise in copywriting, editing, and creating engaging content for various platforms.
• Strong skills in email copywriting and the ability to craft messages that drive audience engagement.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools to produce visually appealing content.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• A data-driven approach to content creation, with an understanding of performance metrics and audience trends.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for audience growth.
