Job Description
The Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative and case support to Client Legal Services attorneys, with a primary focus on Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and related case coordination. This role is responsible for managing high-volume scheduling, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring strict compliance with service-level agreements with Claims.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and technologically proficient, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong follow-up skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate attorneys, court reporters, and other parties while maintaining complete and timely case records.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule Examinations Under Oath (EUOs), including attorneys, court reporters, and involved parties
- Manage high-volume calendaring, including scheduling, rescheduling, and closing out events
- Maintain compliance with TeamConnect (Litigation Management System) and other task-based systems
- Enter and manage case data including pleadings, motions, correspondence, and EUO documentation
- Prepare and track correspondence and maintain proof of delivery for required communications
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation of tasks and activities
- Ensure adherence to established processes and service-level timelines with Claims partners
- Communicate with attorneys, internal stakeholders, and external parties regarding case coordination
- Manage scheduling and administrative support for multiple attorneys
- Handle confidential information and complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong typing speed and accuracy
- Technology proficiency, including experience with case management or task-based systems
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to meet strict timelines
- Ability to take initiative while working under attorney direction
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously
- Experience with heavy scheduling and coordination
- Insurance defense or legal administrative experience preferred
Supervisory Responsibilities
- This role does not have supervisory duties.
Location
- This role is remote, with required quarterly in-office attendance. Candidates must reside within the greater Miami metropolitan area or near a local office in Jacksonville, Tampa, Fort Myers, Miami, or Fort Lauderdale.

Compensation
Compensation offered for this role is 20.77 - 32.67 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
