We are seeking smart, tech-savvy, and self-driven individuals to join our Back Office Support team. This role is perfect for freshers or experienced candidates who are organized, good with English communication, and eager to learn and grow in the digital workspace.
You will be working remotely in a fixed shift, assisting clients and internal teams with essential support tasks using various online platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry, documentation, and record maintenance tasks
- Assist in report creation, spreadsheet updates, and content formatting
- Handle web-based back-end operations (CRM updates, data uploads, etc.)
- Manage routine administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Communicate via email and internal tools to coordinate tasks
- Learn and work with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Trello, Slack, and more
- Provide support in day-to-day operations of WordPress websites and other online systems
Requirements:
- Smart, tech-savvy, and quick to grasp new tools & workflows
- Good command over English communication (written & verbal)
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must have a stable internet connection and a computer/laptop
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Freshers are welcome; Guidance will be provided
- Prior experience in back-office, remote, or virtual support is a plus
