Pay $28-33/hr

Responsibilities:

Support c-level executive
Manage complex scheduling, calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Process invoices, expense reports, and check requests.
Coordinate detailed travel plans, itineraries, and necessary documents.
Prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Track and follow up on time-sensitive tasks.
Handle phone and email inquiries professionally.
Maintain organized files and records.
Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
1+ years of administrative experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Financial services or broker/dealer experience preferred.
