POSITION: Administrative Coordinator, Temporary
REPORTS TO: Manager, Human Resources
LOCATION: Centennial, Colorado
STATUS - Non-Exempt, Temporary (440 to 880 hours between March 2026 and August 2026)
SECTOR/DEPT: GSC Antarctica
Currently seeking an Administrative Coordinator, Temporary. Performs a variety of duties in support of the HR Manager, and HR/Finance Specialist & Hiring Managers in accordance with standard procedures with minimal supervision and guidance. Responsibilities include tracking and providing assistance in the physical qualification (PQ) and deployment process of GSC contract personnel. Provides support to the Manager, Human Resources as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Screens applicants in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidates sent to hiring managers meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
May conduct initial screening interviews of candidates and must be able to accurately fill out and retain detailed notes of these interviews.
Communicates well with hiring managers on selection of candidates.
Sends out new hire paperwork as determined by the hiring manager.
Responsible for initiating background tests and drug screens.
Ensure consistent hiring procedures across departments.
Maintain communication by following up with associates on a weekly basis to check in on progress of meeting deployment requirements and answer questions that may arise.
Ensures all necessary documentation and hiring paperwork is properly maintained.
Maintains accurate and complete personnel files and records.
Understands and complies with all GSC and ASC Policies and Procedures.
Maintains a set schedule determined by HR Manager.
Provides weekly productivity report, including applicants screened, hired, and processed in addition to other matrix to be determined to HR Manager and PM weekly.
Handles confidential matters (personnel actions, management reports, etc.) in accordance with management policy.
Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace program and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required.
EXPERIENCE: Process oriented and able to manage multiple tasks/projects. Strong computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and Word and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping. Experience in a customer service preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - strong interpersonal skills.
OTHER: US citizenship or permanent residency required.
