Executive Assistant to the CEO (Strategic Role) | Remote (based in NY Metro area)
We're partnering with a Series A digital infrastructure startup that is building next-generation data center technology to support the massive growth in global data demand.
They are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the Founder & CEO, and this is not a traditional admin role. The team is looking for a highly strategic, proactive partner who can operate as an extension of the CEO in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

What this role looks like
This person will serve as a strategic operational partner to the CEO, helping ensure he is fully prepared, organized, and focused on the highest-impact priorities.
Responsibilities include:
- Executive calendar and time management across multiple time zones
- Preparing the CEO for key meetings (research, context, materials, follow-ups)
- Managing executive communications and information flow
- Attending meetings and producing clear, high-quality notes and action items
- Coordinating travel, logistics, and scheduling for leadership meetings
- Building systems and processes to help the executive team operate efficiently
- Anticipating needs and proactively solving problems before they arise
Ideal background
- 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior executives, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Exceptional organization, judgment, and written communication skills
- Experience attending executive meetings and synthesizing information quickly
- Strong calendar management and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Tools commonly used include Google Workspace and project management platforms such as Notion, Monday, or Asana.
