Our client, a leading global healthcare company, is seeking a Remote Support Engineer to join their team. As a Remote Support Engineer, you will be part of the Remote Services Center supporting internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a positive, proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Remote Support Engineer (1-year contract)
Location: Glasgow, DE or Cary, NC (Remote/Field-based candidates considered)
Pay Range: $30.88 - $38.61
What's the Job?
- Provide phone and email support for internal and external customers, documenting accurately in Customer Relations Software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with Dimension Systems and clinical laboratory instruments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Take ownership of open tickets, escalate when necessary, and meet service level agreements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to implement action plans and resolve customer issues.
What's Needed?
- Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field (Med-Tech or Biomedical Engineering preferred).
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, lab technology, or technical support roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for advanced technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and written documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and willingness to travel up to 20%.
