Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer
Position Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chief Revenue Officer provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to enable the CRO to focus on driving revenue growth, customer engagement, and organizational performance. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage and optimize the CRO’s calendar, ensuring priorities are met and time is allocated efficiently for strategic initiatives, customer meetings, and internal leadership discussions.
- Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, follow-up notes, and presentation materials to ensure meetings are productive and aligned with CRO objectives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Operational Coordination
- Serve as the primary administrative point of contact between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders including clients, partners, and the sales team.
- Support the CRO in tracking key revenue initiatives and cross-functional projects across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, including sales reports, commission reports, and contract renewals
- Manage vendor coordination, and procurement processes as needed.
Communication & Collaboration
- Draft, edit, and manage high-quality communications on behalf of the CRO, including emails, announcements, and internal updates.
- Maintain positive, collaborative relationships with leadership team members and cross-departmental stakeholders.
Project & Initiative Support
- Support the CRO in monitoring progress on strategic initiatives and ensure action items are captured, assigned, and completed.
- Assist in special projects such as customer engagement initiatives, revenue process improvements, and events.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives; experience in revenue-facing or high-growth environments strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and exercise strong judgment.
- High proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoho CRM system, project management software).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
