We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistantto support senior leadership by managing communications, priorities, and operational workflows. This role requires excellent judgment, discretion, and the ability to work independently while representing leadership with professionalism and respect.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage executive email throughout the day, determining priority vs. non-priority items
- Respond on behalf of leadership to non-critical emails, including acknowledgements and follow-ups
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling, declining, and prioritizing meeting requests
- Act as a gatekeeper for time and communications while maintaining positive internal and external relationships
- Provide triage support for multiple leaders, ensuring urgent matters are escalated appropriately
- Upload, organize, and manage highly confidential documents in SharePoint
- Handle contractual documents, including signing on behalf of the organization when requested
- Manage SharePoint administration and ongoing organization
