Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls via multi-line phone systems, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer service excellence.
- Oversee office management tasks such as filing, data entry, document proofreading, and maintaining organized digital records.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Support administrative functions including bookkeeping with QuickBooks, filing important documents, and managing office supplies virtually.
- Assist with onboarding new team members by coordinating training schedules, setting up necessary accounts, and providing ongoing support.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of all administrative duties while maintaining high accuracy levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on clerical support and customer service.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with data entry and proofreading.
- Experience working remotely with excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls professionally.
