Commission-based Compensation (Uncapped)
- 20% commission on one-time projects
- 10% commission on recurring maintenance contracts
- We run background checks on all employees
What You'll Do:
- Secure commercial pressure washing & maintenance contracts
- Work with property managers, HOAs, and commercial decision-makers
- Build recurring monthly & quarterly service agreements
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Owner
- Manage and schedule walkthroughs & quotes
- Collaborate to determine best contractual obligations with clients
- Manage your own pipeline
- Sales meetings: Strategy Huddle & Pipeline progress
Qualifications:
- Experience in property services, facilities maintenance, construction, janitorial, or pressure washing sales is a plus.
- Self-motivated and results driven
- B2B or commercial sales experience
- Existing commercial contacts or relationships preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working independently
This role is best suited for a proven, motivated person who wants higher commissions.
