Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Field Sales & Support Representative to represent Mathews Company across Iowa and surrounding states. This remote, territory-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with dealers and customers in the field and wants to build a long-term career in agricultural equipment sales and support. This position's location is Iowa (Remote / Field-Based Territory Role); candidates must reside within Iowa or the assigned territory.
In this role, you will serve as the primary field representative for your territory: supporting dealers, assisting during peak seasons, strengthening relationships, and helping drive sustainable territory growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary field representative for assigned dealers within the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key end-users.
- Provide hands-on technical and sales support during critical seasons, including fall harvest.
- Assist dealers with product knowledge, training, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
- Support trade shows, dealer meetings, and industry events within the region.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen dealer performance and grow territory sales.

Qualifications
- 2–7 years of experience in agriculture, ag equipment, technical sales, or related field preferred.
- Background in grain handling, grain drying, or ag systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within territory, including seasonal peak travel.
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
