Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing, shaping and executing the company’s corporate real estate and facilities strategy. This includes establishing policies, governance frameworks, and long‑range plans that ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of all facilities, workplace environments, and real estate assets.
Develops and implements policies for facility maintenance, space planning, and design/construction. Oversees scheduled and ad hoc maintenance for buildings, grounds, and related systems. Leads space planning and layout changes to meet evolving business needs and manages all physical office moves. Manages vendor sourcing, bidding, and negotiations for renovation and construction projects. Serves as a hands-on CRE leader responsible for optimizing the global office footprint, including managing site closures, dispositions, and maintenance programs. Partners with brokers to sublease, assign, or terminate leases as required.
The role requires strong relationship management, problem solving skills, flexibility, and effective communication, with robust project management capabilities, ad hoc maintenance for buildings, grounds, and related systems.

Experience/Credentials:
- Minimum five years, corporate real estate, facilities, or transactions experience with multisite office portfolios.
- Financial real estate and facilities management capability, including multi‑year planning and portfolio‑level budgeting.
- Demonstrated experience with closures and dispositions in multiple cities.
- Lease fluency and negotiation experience.
- Proven project management across cross functional teams. .
- Proficiency with lease/portfolio tools and financial modelling.
- Regional/global portfolio exposure.
- Preferred, fit out/decommission familiarity. ‑out/decommission familiarity.
- Preferred, bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Facilities/Construction Management, or related field
- Preferred, CRE credentials such as MCR, SLCR, PMP

Pay Range: USD $90,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr. About Us:
