JOB DESCRIPTION:
The support technician is responsible for organizing, managing and supporting internal applications and
physical devices for employees. This includes internal user support with applications and systems,
primarily within an Microsoft Business environment. This role also requires organizing and managing
hardware devices, mainly laptops, tracking inventory and updating managers when inventory is low.
Additionally, this position may require assisting other developers with QA or basic development
assistance. This role works closely with other technology team members to ensure all business and
operation needs are sufficient and meet the organization's expectations.
2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and track all physical asset inventory.
- New employee user set up for internal applications.
- Advanced help desk related support for employees.
- Support and help upper management with project management organization.
- Assist in the QA process for other development work.
- Any other duties assigned by Sanderson Firm Leadership
3. QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-3 years technical support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic coding and project management experience.
