Position Summary
This role serves as the primary administrative partner and “right hand” to senior leaders, helping maximize their time and effectiveness by managing administrative, coordination, and project-related responsibilities. The individual will support multiple director-level leaders and handle a broad range of executive support tasks, meeting coordination, communications, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and office support to multiple senior leaders
- Manage heavy calendaring and complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Coordinate meetings and events, including agendas, pre-reads, materials, AV setup, and follow-ups
- Take meeting notes and track action items
- Draft, proofread, and update presentations and documents
- Conduct research and gather materials for meetings and projects
- Support budget tracking and reporting
- Maintain and organize files and documentation
- Partner with leadership to support a collaborative working environment
- Lead or assist with special and ad-hoc projects of moderate complexity
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of professional corporate office experience
- Experience supporting multiple leaders with heavy scheduling needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Ability to work independently and across all levels of an organization
