Executive Assistant (EA) supporting the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), Assistant Chief Human Resources Officer (ACHRO), and the broader HR department operates as a high-level strategic partner, managing complex, confidential, and time-sensitive operations. This role bridges the gap between C-suite leadership and HR, streamlining administrative tasks to allow executives to focus on strategic, organizational development, and compliance-related objectives.
Executive Assistant Support for CHRO, and ACHRO
- Complex Calendar Management Managing demanding, multi-time zone calendars for the CEO and HR leadership, prioritizing, and resolving conflicts to align with strategic goals.
- Travel and Logistics Coordinating intricate domestic and international travel, itineraries, and lodging.
- Gatekeeping and Communication Serving as the primary point of contact, screening incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and acting on behalf of the executives when appropriate. Ensure HR staff have access to HR platforms.
- Confidentiality Management Handling highly sensitive information, including compensation data, personnel issues, and Board-level documentation with strict discretion.
- Expense Reporting Processing expense reports and managing corporate credit cards for the leadership team.
